Down Town is a powerful partnership between Calico Homes, Burnley FC in the Community, Burnley Leisure and Culture, Burnley Council, and The Message Trust. Together, we’ve already achieved so much — supporting local people, creating opportunities, and building a stronger community.
But there’s still more to do.

We welcome donations in the following areas:
- Food – eg canned or boxed items, cupboard essentials
- Everyday non food essentials – eg toiletries, baby products, cleaning products
- Clothing essentials – eg school uniforms, winter warmers & activewear
Volunteer time
Opportunities to volunteer in the community grocery, community kitchen and uniform shop.
